Same game, same price, and you don't have to book together. Everyone on a game pays the column for how many end up booked on it, and the discount applies on its own as more athletes book, until booking closes at noon on game day. Pick a game on the booking form and it tells you how many are already in. Nobody's price ever goes up. Same coverage, same edit. Prices include Texas sales tax. The number you see is the number you send.
Away games add $10 per athlete, on the balance. Book by 9 PM the night before to skip the $15 late fee. Cancel more than 48 hours before and the deposit moves to another date or comes back. Inside 48 hours it is kept. Rain-outs and school cancellations move free.

- Teammates book the same game, together or on their own, and everyone's price drops: Full Game + Graphic at a football game goes $105, then $90, then $80. Three or more is the floor.
- At noon on game day it is settled. Booking closes then, so whoever is in sets the price. Nobody's price ever goes up. Your deposit stays put, the balance shrinks, and I email you when it does.

A $50 deposit secures your date, with the balance due the day of your session. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we reschedule at no extra charge. Prices include Texas sales tax. The number you see is the number you send.

Deposits
Games are half up front, half on delivery. Teammates booking together each send their own half. Travel for away games goes on the balance, never the deposit. Sessions are $50 to hold the date, balance the day of. Put the game or session and the jersey number in the note.

The unglamorous part
- How fast do I get the photos?
- Edited frames land in your private gallery within a few days of the game. Graphics usually follow within the week: faster on a quiet night, a little longer when several athletes book the same game. If you have a deadline, say so in the request and I will tell you straight.
- How many revisions?
- Two on any graphic, included. Past that I will still fix anything I got wrong. A wrong jersey number is my mistake, not a revision.
- How do I get the files?
- A private gallery link. Full resolution, yours to print, no watermark, no expiry. Graphics come sized for both feed and story.
- How do I pay?
- Half up front holds the date, half on delivery. Venmo or Zelle. The exact deposit and where to send it show up right after you send the request. Prices include Texas sales tax, so nothing gets added.
- Why do volleyball and basketball cost less than football?
- Time. A football game is two and a half to three hours on the sideline; a volleyball match or a basketball game is closer to ninety minutes, and a JV game is shorter and earlier still. At a track meet or a tennis match I am there for your events, not the whole day. The packages are the same; the price follows the clock.
- What about away games?
- Away games add a flat $10 per athlete, on the balance, not the deposit. Home games have none.
- Is there a late fee?
- Book by 9 PM the night before and there is none. After that, up to booking closing at noon on game day, it is $15 per athlete on the balance. It pays for the scramble, and it is cheaper than missing the game.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel more than 48 hours before and the deposit moves to another date or comes back. Inside 48 hours it is kept. Rain-outs and school cancellations move free.
- Booking with teammates?
- You don't even have to book together. Everyone on the same game pays the same price, and it drops as more of you book: one athlete pays the first column, two the second, three or more the third. Whoever has booked by noon on game day sets the price for all of them, so yours only ever goes down; if someone books after you and it drops, I email you. Your deposit is half the price on the day you book and stays put; only the balance moves. Booking on one form still works, and if you made a deal to cover part of a buddy's, pick the custom split and set each share.
- When does booking close?
- At noon on game day. That is when the price settles for everyone on that game, and it gives me the afternoon to know whose numbers I am watching for. Missed it? DM me and I will tell you straight whether I can still fit you in.
- What if it rains?
- The game moves, so the shoot moves with it. No charge, no rescheduling fee.
- Can I use the photos anywhere?
- Anywhere personal: recruiting profiles, social, prints, the wall. I just ask for a credit when you post. Commercial use by a business is a separate conversation.
